  My wife and I love this place. It's big enough for variety but small enough to feel cozy. I work with Gavin and he's great. Tailors my workouts to push me without straining a bad knee and a bad shoulder. Both Gavin and Eric (the owner) are very pleasant and the place is CLEAN.

  The best facility I've been to out of the many including those in California! Good ventilation, impeccably clean and well kept, and you can't beat the facility's availability to boot! Been going for over 3 yrs. and it consistently well kept. Highly recommend!!
