  This place has terrible customer service! Lady on the phone had the worst attitude for a quote in a print job!

  When I walked into this FedEx center yesterday, Sunday afternoon, the solo female agent there was obviously in a sullen mood. She was cold, callous, unhelpful. She arbitrarily, and arrogantly, misrepresented the company policy regarding corroberating proof of residency information. The posted policy stated that a bill with the relevant name and address is acceptable as proof, but she insisted on it being a utility bill, a misrepresentation in clear violation of the policy. What was worse, she didn't even care to take a look at the proof I offered. The rudeness was disconcerting, to say the least. I'd like to believe that she is the only problem worker in this center, but one is enough to ruin the reputation of the whole office. I will not hesitate to tell my friends to stay away from this office.
