  Really well executed Italian food with a small twist. For example, the zeppoles are served in a generous dusting of cinnamon granulated sugar and with a dipping bowl of sweetened condensed milk; a very nice variant.
  
  Fried breaded artichoke hearts were crispy with a nice body without being greasy. Clams in white wine sauce were tasty though there was not enough bread to soak up the broth.
  
  Rigatoni Bolognese was just like mama makes it with thick meat packed sauce and homemade pasta with structural integrity. Spaghetti carbonara was the best one I ever had. The pancetta had a crisp snap to it without being chewy or burnt with a properly runny egg yolk.
  
  The Manhattan with Four Roses whiskey was perfectly balanced, had a proper kick to it but did not taste like mostly mixer. Good job. Atmosphere is romantic with enough light to see your food. Restrooms were clean.
