  Best carwash in Morris County. The guys pay very close attention to your car on every level of service.

  When it was five star car wash it was excellent but it's gone downhill since it changed hands. I thought my first experience was bad my second was even worse.
  
  When you pull up they vacuum the car and there is litter all over the ground. My car was 1 month old and very clean but I could tell they didn't even wipe out the inside of the cup holders. My windshield didn't look like it had been cleaned inside or out.
  
  My license plate that was perfect and only one month old got bent in the car wash and they didn't even make an attempt to fix it. I looked at the car coming out of the car wash behind me and theirs was bent as well.
  
  There's not many other car washes near this one that's about the only thing they have going for them.

  The woman at the counter does not know what customer service looks like. It took 4 months and finally a call to their Hackensack location to schedule a detailing for my car. When I showed at the appointed date and time, the counter woman and another Spanish speaking worker had no idea what I was talking about. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed not to understand me, then 10 minutes later, asked me (in English) if I wanted her to get the manager. After 30 minutes of calls between employees of the different locations and me to the Hackensack location I still did not get any resolution on whether my car would get detailed or not. I finally had to demand a refund on the gift certificate I had. To do that, all of a sudden an English speaking "manager" appeared and gave me the refund with no desire to know what any of the problems I encountered were. I will NEVER be going back to that car wash again.
