  I hired Joy to do a group meditation class in my office. Upon first meeting Joy, I could sense her peaceful demeanor. As a practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, I would say her Qi (or energy) is in total balance. She arrived on time and with a smile on her face. During the class, Joy spoke calmly from her heart and led the group gently into a meditation. It is easy to observe that Joy is passionate and highly knowledgable about what she teaches.
